Dentons has launched Public Contracts in Poland (www.publiccontractsinpoland.com), a new online service for companies seeking business opportunities on the basis of public procurement. It is the one and only service of its type run by a law firm in Poland.
Dentons has created this service to gather together in one place selected current public tenders published by Polish and European institutions related to work in Poland. The valuable service is free of charge and includes an English-language database of the most important public tenders in fields including infrastructure, energy, rail and transportation.
On a daily basis, Dentons’ Public Procurement team selects and posts all significant tenders published by the Polish version of Tenders Electronic Daily (TED) and the Polish contracting authorities. Foreign contractors can register for a free daily alert service to keep track of current tenders in particular sectors.
“The public procurement market in Poland offers many opportunities for foreign and domestic contractors. In setting up this service we wanted to utilize the knowledge and insights of our Public Procurement team to bring our clients closer to the market in Poland,” said Arkadiusz Krasnodębski, Poland Managing Partner.
