International law firm Bird & Bird LLP have announced that tax specialist Gaetano Salvioli has joined the firm as a partner in their Milan office and the new Head of Tax (Italy). Salvioli advises on tax and accounting matters and regularly assists both domestic and international clients on corporate and group taxation, reorganizations and acquisitions. He also advises on tax audits and deals with tax authorities as well as litigation.
