Allen & Overy have announced the appointment of Nick Bradbury as a partner in its financial services regulatory practice in London. Nick’s particular focus is on the wholesale financial markets and financial market infrastructure (securities and derivatives trading venues, custodians and clearing houses), advising global investment banks and other major financial institutions on regulatory matters.

Osborne Clarke have announced that Michael Carter has joined as a partner  in its incentives team and wider tax practice. Michael, who will sit in Osborne Clarke’s London office. Michael has over 20 years’ experience in helping listed, private and global companies on all aspects of employee remuneration and employment taxes. He has a particular focus on the design, drafting and implementation of share and cash incentive plans for both executives and all employees.

DLA Piper have announced that Rachel Ehrlich Albanese has joined the firm’s Restructuring practice as a partner in New York.Albanese represents both debtors and creditors, as well as other parties, in a full range of restructuring matters, including chapter 11 cases, out-of-court workouts and cross-border insolvency proceedings. Her experience includes serving as counsel to the official committee of unsecured creditors in the chapter 11 cases of SandRidge Energy, Inc. and Chassix Holdings, Inc
