Baker & McKenzie enhances its corporate practice by adding Lauren Magraith as a Partner in the Sydney office. Lauren is focused on corporate finance transactions in Australia and internationally, with a particular focus on equity and equity-linked capital markets transactions

Baker & McKenzie has also appointed John Bell as Partner to enhance the firm’s Dispute Resolution practice in Johannesburg. Mr. Bell is proficient in the sectors of construction, engineering, mining houses and financial institutions

Dentons has added Zuzana Šimeková in its Competition and Life Sciences teams as a partner in Bratislava. Mrs. Šimeková will bring 10 years of experience advising clients in the pharmaceutical sector on a variety of regulatory issues

Dentons also welcomed Martin Mankabady will lead corporate insurance as partner in London. Mr. Mankabady, with his deep experience, will strengthens the UK Corporate practice and help to develop a global insurance team

Hengeler Mueller has welcomed Andreas Hoger in Frankfurt and Thomas B. Paul in Düsseldorf as new partners. Andreas is specialized in Corporate/M&A practice and Thomas B. Paul is focused on corporate law and dispute resolution. Additionally, Jörg Meinzenbach will become counsel in Düsseldorf.

Linklaters elected Gideon Moore at the firm’s global partner conference in London as the Managing Partner for a four-year term to strengthen the Firm.
