Our client seeks a Tax Partner for the Prague office’s Tax Group.

In tax structuring and litigation this client has one of the strongest Tax Groups comprised of lawyers around the world in substantial numbers. The European Tax Group (including its CEE part) works on interesting, complex matters, including a significant amount of cross-border work. They provide tax and structuring advice on many corporate and M&A transactions, banking and finance matters and real estate transactions. They also have a deep litigation practice, acting in numerous tax cases. Clients span the firm’s specialist sectors ranging from multinational groups through to high-net-worth individuals.

The Prague office is passionate about contributing to their clients’ success by delivering excellent work product and client service. The professional they seek should be a tax lawyer or professional with a strong background in tax practice who excels in a fast-paced international organization. The right candidate will be collaborative in a team environment, but also takes initiative and works independently. Experience in tax structuring and tax transactional advisory is essential, tax litigation is an asset, same as legal qualification.

A portable book of primary business/clients and active relationships with key business contacts and referral sources is important. Senior Associates / Senior Managers / Directors on the cusp of partnership who enjoy new business development activities, networking and have a developing book of business with consistent upward trend are welcome to inquire.  We are looking for a candidate who is prepared to truly invest in the further development of the tax practice of this firm and has the ambition to build market presence and become a market-leader.
