A leading law firm is looking for a senior level lawyer who will be working as a member of the Corporate Practice group and will be involved mainly with transactional matters.
Key areas of work you would expect to be involved with are: private equity M&A; private equity; public M&A; equity offerings; reorganizations/restructurings; and corporate advisory. Within each of these areas, key responsibilities include preparing and sending documents to clients, assisting in drafting, reviewing and negotiation of documents, managing the due diligence exercise and managing data room information.
The successful candidate will have at least 6 years of post-qualification experience in an international or local Luxembourgish law firm. Additionally, the successful candidate will specialize in mergers and acquisitions and major corporate restructurings. Fluency in both written and oral English and French are required, while Luxembourgish and German will be considered an advantage.
