Our client, a leading international law firm, has offices in the Europe, the Middle East, Africa and Asia and the United States with a strong presence in CEE. The Bratislava office is well positioned in the local market, plus offers the strength of a client portfolio that includes leading financial and corporate institutions secures their top tier ranking.

Currently they are expanding their team and are seeking a Corporate M&A Partner fluent in acquisitions, disposals and joint ventures, which have always been an important strategic option for clients including corporations, financial institutions and private equity investors. You will be a Partner clients rely on for advice to help understand and assess these options and execute their most complex transactions.  You will have experience supporting clients in both their domestic deals and their most complex multi-jurisdictional transactions providing innovative approach and individualized attention on your deals.

Your commitment to deliver superior service, earn client trust and build relationships will be essential in this rainmaking role, and will be demonstrated by your portable book of business of EUR 750,000- or ideally above.  You will be ranked by major league publications for your experience in devising creative deal structures, win auctions, design acquisition and disposal programs and implement productive strategies for buyers, sellers or acquisition targets.

Our client requires candidates having the following qualifications/skills:

• Slovak qualified

• Outstanding reputation in Corporate/M&A

• At least 15 years of relevant experience in Corporate/M&A in a leading international law firm

• The ability to forge strong client relationships and portable

• Fluency in English, both written and orally, as well as in Slovak

• Client focused, stress resilient and known for providing high quality advice.
