Our client is an international law firm with an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated Junior level candidate to join their Employment and Labor practice in Budapest.
The firm has extensive experience in tackling clients’ complex employment cases and is uniquely capable to tailor solutions to different legal standards around the region. You will work with domestic and international clients in developing executive employment contracts and incentive schemes. You will be equally comfortable representing these clients in workforce issues such as handling dismissals of a small or large scale. Aside from your core strength in employment law (or keen interest to focus on this niche), you will also have had exposure to employment disputes and administrative proceedings.
The successful candidate will be a Hungarian-qualified lawyer with at least 2 years of experience, before or after the bar, with some experience in Employment or Labor law gained at an international environment. Fluent working knowledge of English is a must. German language skills are considered a plus.
