Our client is an international law firm that guarantees world-class legal services and prides itself in its client centric approach. The firm has legal professionals and business support teams in 20+ offices across the world with more than 40 years of IP expertise globally and 20 years in Russia. They are looking for a well-respected and competent IP Litigation Partner to join their award-winning, diverse and innovative IP desk in Moscow.
The successful candidate would join a practice group that offers advice on matters including; IP-related dispute resolution; protection of copyrights, patents, domain names, trademarks and designs and IP strategy and brand management. The ideal candidate will be someone who has vast experience in sophisticated copyright, trademark, patent and domain disputes representing clients in domestic litigation, arbitration and the Russian Intellectual Property Court as well as the antimonopoly authorities and various governmental law enforcement agencies including customs.
Candidate should have a portable book of business of $700K+. You will have a solid career history, with at least 10 years of post-qualified experience working at highly regarded firms. You will also possess a good knowledge of the local region of the CIS and Russia advising clients on IP protection and litigation, pharmaceutical law, high tech, competition and advertising law, media law and franchising.
