Our client is a leading global law firm with presence in more than 30 countries and a strong IP foothold in Russia. With the ambition of building up their IP practice, they are seeking a talented IP Litigation Attorney to join their award-winning Moscow office.
In this role, you will be advising international and emerging Russian clients to protect their IP rights in Russia representing clients in patent and trademark trials before the Russian Court and patent offices across the CIS. Your responsibilities will include the provision of strategic advice relating to IP especially trademarks, as well assisting clients and handling all aspects of prosecution and opposition.
As a successful candidate you will possess the following qualifications:
- Russian law qualification
- Fluency in English is essential
- Professional experience in Intellectual Property law and patent and trademark litigation
- At least 6 years of experience in a top tier International law firm and be a registered patent attorney in Russia
- Experience to IP matters in the life sciences sector would be adventurous
- Be client-focused and resourceful, delivering exceptional service and timely, practical solutions to complex legal issues
- Be a highly motivated team player
