Our client, an international law firm, is looking for an insolvency lawyer to join their expanding team in Prague. You will be involved in a wide range of formal insolvency and restructuring work for a range of clients including lenders, liquidators, administrators, accountants, pension trustees, equity holders local authorities and corporates encountering difficulties.
- Experience in restructuring and insolvency proceedings
- At least 2-4 years of past experience in a top Czech or international firm
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
- A team player
- Have a good understanding of other areas of law, such as securities, tax, real estate, and employee benefits
- Client centric lawyer with outstanding communication skills
This role is for an ambitious and self-motivated lawyer looking to become a Restructuring and Insolvency specialist and to build a career at a top tier international law firm.
