They seek a Partner to join their Frankfurt or Dusseldorf offices.

As a full-service environmental practice, the firm advises clients on all aspects of environmental, health and safety regulation including: permitting requirements, operational compliance, energy and carbon emission regimes, investigations and prosecutions, project consents, the management of pollution and contamination liabilities, and remediation programs. Clients include the investors, funders and developers of major energy, industry, mining and infrastructure projects. The firm has advised on the largest offshore wind projects in Europe, and a range of onshore wind and solar projects across the world. As well as advising on airport, rail, port and defense transactions and projects across Europe.

You will have advised on environmental issues arising from major and catastrophic incidents and allegations, international business compliance, enforcement, and potentially litigation matters.
