The Istanbul office has strong experience advising clients on the intricately structured transactions, often involving multiple jurisdictions and compressed time periods, which are commonplace in today’s mergers and acquisitions environment. You will be part of a dynamic team and you will be active in supporting the creation of deal structures, designing acquisition or disposition programs and planning and implementing strategies for both acquirers and sellers in domestic and cross-border transactions.
- Turkish law qualification
- Strong drafting abilities in English
- 2-5 years of experience in corporate M&A, preferably gained in an international law firm.
- Candidates with less experience but having an LLM or working abroad with a leading international firm are also welcome to apply.
You must be motivated and highly ambitious to work hard in exchange for working on the most cutting edge sophisticated transactional work. You should have excellent communication and time management skills; ability to multi-task while paying close attention to details, technically sound legal skills, adhering to deadlines and focusing on client service; work as part of a team and independently.
