Youzu Interactive Co, Ltd, (“Youzu Interactive”), a Chinese online games developer and publisher, has signed an agreement with German browser games provider Bigpoint to acquire Bigpoint.

Youzu Interactive was founded in 2009 and has been listed on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange since 2014. Bigpoint GmbH is specialized on developing and publishing browser and online games and was founded in Hamburg in 2002.
