Continuing to expand its services for its clients, Noerr announces that the real estate expert Clemens Schönemann is now a notary officiating at the recording of deeds in Berlin.

In his capacity as a lawyer, Clemens Schönemann advises on real estate transactions and project development, particularly in the areas of retailing, logistics, offices and renewable energy as well as in commercial leasing and property law. He has extensive experience in cross-border transactions, company restructuring and representing clients in and out of court in complex disputes involving real estate. Clemens Schönemann now handles all notarial matters, especially those involving real estate and corporate law.

Clemens Schönemann increases the number of notaries at Noerr to six: other Noerr notaries are Felix Blobel, Astrid Frense and Dirk Lentfer at the Berlin office, along with Alexander Jänecke and Thorsten Reinhard at the Frankfurt office.
