Clifford Chance have announced that Kevin J. Lehpamer has joined the Firm’s Corporate team as a partner in New York. Kevin J. Lehparmer’s expertise lies in M&A transactions and corporate governance matters. In his previous position, he was involved in a variety of mergers, acquisitions, dispositions, recapitalizations, corporate reorganizations, spin-offs, joint ventures and other strategic alliances.

White & Case LLP have announced that Gianluca Fanti has joined as a partner in Milan. Fanti’s practice focuses on banking and finance, in particular securitisation, structured products, distressed and non-performing loans. He regularly assists banks and companies in a broad range of transactions. He also has extensive experience in banking matters, including general lending, real estate finance, acquisition and leveraged finance and debt restructuring.

K&L Gates LLP have announced that Felipe Eluf Creazzo has joined as a partner in Sao Paulo. Creazzo regularly advises companies, funds, and financial institutions on multijurisdictional acquisitions, joint ventures, bank and project financings, debt restructures, and debt capital markets issuances. His experience in recent years involves counseling lenders and borrowers in structured bank, trade, project, and ECA-backed financings, in addition to debenture and note issuances.

Clyde & Co have announced that Simon Konsta has been appointed Senior Partner of the firm. He has overseen the development of the firm’s client key account programme and driven its expansion in a number of markets including, most recently, Scotland and Germany.As Senior Partner he will chair the firm’s Global Management Board and work closely with its Regional Boards (MEA, APAC, Americas, and UK & Europe), Global Management Team and Chief Executive Peter Hasson.
