Dentons has announced the hire of Fabio Maria Guidi as Counsel in the Firm’s Banking and Finance practice.
This new hire strengthens the Firm’s experience in the area of structured finance, which is an area of important growth and investment in the Italian market and more widely in Europe.
Fabio Maria Guidi joins from the law firm Bonelli Erede Pappalardo. He deals with structured finance and, in particular, has handled important securitizations relating to different types of asset classes – including mortgage loans, mortgages to small and medium-sized companies, trade receivables and leasing receivables – and disposal of non-performing loans.
